Kolttuja - Dresses

Punaruutuhame vie taas ajatukset johonkin kansanromanttiseen. Villatakki on Gunvorin taitavista käsistä.

I looked at some wonderful fabrics Kati gave me last summer and sew a dress and a skirt. This dress is the simplest pattern and very adjustable to different styles with fabric choise, length, belts and other things. The skirt is really simple too, but I like how it turned out. The gardigan is made by Gunvor.

Lena asked about my gorgeous dolls. They are porcelain dolls designed and made by Taru Astikainen. She sells her work at some fairs in Finland and occationally from her blog. I just love her dolls, somehow they suit my miniature world so well. They are very detailed and fine and still it is possible to use them in very different settings, periods and styles.
